Material Properties
- TPUs are highly resistant to chemical agents, wear-proof and have good elastic comeback.
- Flexmark 7 = 70 Shore A, the most flexible, but it requires a precise calibration of the printer.
- Flexmark 8 = 80 Shore A, a good mixture of flexibility and stiffness and easier to print.
- Flexmark 9 = 90 Shore A, the stiffest of all the Flexs and lets you print as usual.

- Tensile strain: 40 MPa
- Compression set at 70 °C: 35%
- Charpy Impact at 23 °C: No break

Application
This product can be used in material extrusion 3D printing technique.
Flexmark 7 TPU 3D Printing Parameters
- Extruder (nozzle) temperature: 225 +/-10 °C
- Bed temperature: cold to 45 °C
- Print speed: 10-20 mm/s
- Fan: 0-50 %
- Minimum nozzle diameter: 0.3 mm
- Plate materials: glass, blue tape, kapton tape, etc.
