Questions

  1. Provide details about the materials used in the joint of Micro Connector 28523-U and the pressures it can accept? Additionally, having access to a user manual for this product would be helpful in determining if it is suitable as per the needs.

    1 answer
    1. The Micro Connectors (67400-U) used with ATIS extraction glassware 28523-U are equipped with phenolic caps containing a Teflon inner part for the passage of the sample. While no specific pressure rating is provided for these connectors, both the Micro-Connector and Ground-Glass versions can be used at =/< 25" of water at a 125ml/minute flow rate. it is recommended to consider using the 19/22 ground-glass version as a replacement for the Micro Connector (64700-U). Additionally, manuals for the Purge and Trap/Humidifier Module Accessory are available upon request.
