Can this product be resuspended in water? What is its stability lifetime ?
1 answer-
Product LGFR100 is supplied as lyophilized powder and should be stored at -20°C in a dry environment protected from light. Product LGFR100 can be resuspended in water.
To re-constitute:
remove the product from freezer
wait until temperature rises to ambient
add DI water or buffer to the container
vortex and sonicate for 5 minutes to ensure the microspheres are well suspendedIt is strongly recommended to use the product immediately upon resuspension because the particles begin to degrade as soon as they are introduced into an aqueous solution. If storage of particles in suspension is required, it is recommended to store at 2-8 °C to slow the degradation.
