Does Sigma provide a stain to visualize cell borders for human Cardiomyocytes derived from the GM23338 iPSC cell line?
1 answer-
There is no recommended stain for cells from this type of cell line. However, for visualizing typical cardiomyocyte cell borders, one may consider L4895, as referenced by Vanhoutte D et al, Nat Commun. 2021 Jun 24;12(1):3928. L4895 is Sigma-Aldrich Lectin from Triticum vulgaris (wheat). The article titled "Thbs1 induces lethal cardiac atrophy through PERK-ATF4 regulated autophagy" in Nat Commun. 2021 Jun 24;12(1):3928 may serve as a point of reference.
