General description

Human IgG1-Fc - fused to a recombinant fragment corresponding to 135 amino acids from the ectodomain region of human NKp46.

Specificity

Clone D2-9A5 recognizes the whole NKp46 and NKp46-D2, but does not recognize NKp46-D1. It targets an epitope with in 135 amino acids from the extracellular domain.

Application

Flow Cytometry Analysis: A representative lot detected NKp46 (CD335) in Flow Cytometry applications (Shemer-Avni, Y., et. al. (2017). Front Immunol. 8:161).

Flow Cytometry Analysis: 4 µg/mL from a representative lot detected NKp46 (CD335) in NK92 cells transfected with human NKp46 (Courtesy of Angel Porgador, Ph.D., Faculty of Health Sciences, Ben Gurion university of the Negev, Israel).

ELISA Analysis: A representative lot detected NKp46 (CD335) in ELISA applications (Shemer-Avni, Y., et. al. (2017). Front Immunol. 8:161).
