General description

Neodymium(III) oxide, also known as neodymia, is a rare earth metal oxide with high density. This high-purity (99.9% trace metal basis) material is widely used in ceramics as a dopant to fabricate glasses, solid-state lasers, dye-sensitized solar cells, and more. In the biomedical industry, neodymium(III) oxide is being investigated for potential applications in drug delivery systems and bioimaging due to its magnetic properties.
