General description

N-Desmethyl-cis-tramadol is a primary urinary and plasma metabolite of the synthetic analgesic tramadol. Tramadol, sold under trade names Ultram, Conzip, and Ryzolt, relieves moderate to severe pain. This stable-labeled internal standard is suitable for the quantitation of N-Desmethyl-cis-tramadol in biological samples using GC/MS or LC/MS with numerous testing applications including forensic or clinical toxicology analysis, urine drug testing, or isotope dilution methods.
