How to calulate the concentration(M) of this product? Because the Linear Formula is 4H8N3O5PNa2 · x H2O, it could not be calculted real molecular weight.

The exact molar mass of this product is lot-specific but can be estimated using the reported water content determined by Karl Fischer analysis. The specification for water content is set between 22% and 28% as a weight percentage. For detailed assistance with determining degrees of hydration from reported water content, local Technical Service should be contacted directly.

How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature. As shipping routes are configured for minimum transit times, shipping at ambient temperature helps control shipping costs for our customers.
