• Buffers more than buffering agent: introducing a new class of stabilizers for the protein BSA : cette recherche met en évidence l'utilisation du sel de sodium MOPS comme nouvel agent stabilisant pour la sérum albumine bovine (BSA), étendant son rôle au-delà de celui d'un simple agent tampon. L'étude démontre comment le sel de sodium MOPS améliore la stabilité de la sérum albumine bovine dans diverses conditions, ce qui apporte des informations clés pour les applications biochimiques et la conservation des protéines (Gupta B.S. et al., 2015).
