Description

General description

Deoxynucleoside Triphosphate Set consists of four separate vials of dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP. Each vial contains a 100 mM clear, colorless solution of the lithium salt (pH 7).

Application

Absorbance determination: A₂₅₀/A₂₆₀, A₂₈₀/A₂₆₀, A₂₉₀/A₂₆₀
DNase activity negative, according to the current Quality Control procedures
Suitability for PCR

Use the Deoxynucleoside Triphosphate Set, lithium salt, for PCR, RT-PCR, DNA sequencing/cycle sequencing, labeling, Reverse Transcription and all types of amplification reactions or primer-extension reactions.

Activator: Mg²⁺
Working solution: If required, the solutions can be diluted with distilled autoclaved water.
