General description

Le réactif est un anticorps de chèvre purifié par affinité. L'anticorps purifié est conjugué à l'isothiocyanate de fluorescéine (FITC) et stabilisé en tampon.

Application

Immunohistochimie : 1/200 à 1/500 (1-4)

Immunocytochimie : 1/200 à 1/500 (1,4)

Cytométrie en flux : 1 µg pour 1 x 10E6 cellules (1,2,4)

Les dilutions de travail optimales doivent être déterminées par l′utilisateur final.
L'anticorps de chèvre anti-IgG de lapin (chaînes H + L) conjugué au FITC permet de détecter le taux d'IgG de lapin et a été publié et validé pour une utilisation en IF.

Preparation Note

L'anticorps non dilué est stable entre 2 et 8 °C pendant 12 mois. Ne pas conserver dans un format dilué.
