Description

General description

A blocker of transmembrane Ca²⁺ fluxes (IC₅₀ = 7 µM) that attenuates capsaicin-induced cation channel opening. Inhibits Ca²⁺-induced Ca²⁺ release from ryanodine-sensitive intracellular Ca²⁺ stores. Inhibits K⁺-stimulated catecholamine secretion (IC₅₀ = 6 µM).

Product does not compete with ATP.

Target IC₅₀: 7 µM in blocking transmembrane Ca2+ fluxes; 6 µM inhibiting K+-stimulated catecholamine secretion
