Application

Anti-phospho-Met (Tyr1230/Tyr1234/Tyr1235) Antibody is an antibody against phospho-Met (Tyr1230/Tyr1234/Tyr1235) for use in IC, IF & WB.

Immunoblot Analysis: A 1:1000 dilution of this lot detected phospho-Met (Tyr1230/Tyr1234/Tyr1235) in RIPA lysate of HGF treated 293T cells.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Recognizes Met phosphorylated on both Tyr1234/Tyr1235 and Tyr1230/Tyr1234/Tyr1235.
