Silver carbonate can be used in preparing silver-based photocatalysts with enhanced photodegradation properties.[1][2][3][4] Silver nanoparticles synthesized from Ag2CO3 in ionic liquid under microwave conditions is applicable in electrochemical CO2 reduction.[5]
