Biochem/physiol Actions

LockdownPro, an esterified lockdown analog with better cell permeability, is a cell permeable, potent, and selective allosteric inhibitor of phosphatase PPM1F. LockdownPro potently inhibits tissue invasion by PPM1F-overexpressing human cancer cells. It does not inhibit PPM1F in vitro.
