  1. Hallo, is this borax solution suitable to disolve carmine (dry powder) to form borax-carmine solution for histological staining?

    1. This product is a 5% Borax solution prepared from sodium tetraborate decahydrate. It is intended for use in the Silver Staining Kit, HT100. Use for other applications has not been investigated and would have to be determined experimentally.
