Description

General description

Lisdexamfetamine is a psychostimulant prodrug of dextroamphetamine coupled to the amino acid L-lysine. The active ingredient is sold under the brand name Vyvanse^® for treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in adults and children six to twelve years of age.
