Cell Line Description

NP cl.120 monoclonal antibody is one of a range of well characterised measles virus antibodies used to measure synthesis and topological accumulation of measles virus antigen during the lytic cycle. This anti-nucleoprotein antibody is negative for haemagglutinin and hemolysin inhibition as well as neutralisation assays and gives immunofluorescence only on fixed tissue.

Subculture Routine
