Cell Line Description
From DBA/2 mouse tumour treated with methylcholanthrene. Used as target cell for cytotoxic T-cell assays. Cells exhibit no effector activity in antibody dependent cell mediated cytotoxic system. Growth not inhibited by dextran sulphate, LPS or PPD.

Culture Medium
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml. The cells are non-adherent but can give rise to adherent cells with large granules; 5% CO2; 37°C.
