General description

Mebendazole-d3 is a deuterated compound of anthelmintic drug, mebendazole.

Application

Mebendazole-d3 may be used as an internal standard for the determination of mebendazole in milk and animal muscle tissue samples by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS). It can also be used as an internal standard for the determination of levamisole and aminorex in biological samples by liquid chromatography hybrid quadrupole time-of-flight high-resolution mass spectrometry (LC-QTOF-HRMS).
