General description

This Aervent® hydrophobic Capsule filter contain a 50 mm Aervent PTFE membrane in a bi-directionally supported polypropylene casing. This sterilizing-grade filter, with a 0.2 μm pore size and 19.6 cm2 filtration area, is designed for critical small scale gas line and air venting applications. The hydrophobic Aervent PTFE membrane within MTGR15000 provides high flow rates and throughput, low extractables and particle shedding, and broad chemical compatibility. For traceability and easy identification, each Aervent-50 filter is hot stamped with its catalogue number and lot number. Each Aervent® Capsule Filter is integrity tested during manufacture.

Application

Typical Applications
