General description

Purified mouse monoclonal antibody. Recognizes the ~175 kDa full length LRP-5/6 and the ~145 kDa proteolytic fragment.
Recognizes the ~175 kDa full-length LRP-6 protein and a ~145 kDa proteolytic fragment.
This Anti-LRP-5/6 Mouse mAb (1A12) is validated for use in Immunoblotting for the detection of LRP-5/6.
