Protein aggregation is a major problem of therapeutic proteins because aggregation decreases their therapeutic activity and shelf life and induces immunogenicity. Stabilization against aggregation is commonly attained by addition of different excipients like sugars, surfactants, buffers, salts, amino acids, polymers
