General description

Corning® CellBIND® 384 well microplate is low flange, black plate with a clear bottom and a flat polystyrene surface. The plate is designed to minimize autofluorescence and optimize signal to background ratios, resulting in accurate and reliable assay results. Additionally, the enhanced flatness of the plates ensures low variations within and between plates, making them compatible with automated liquid dispensers for efficient and precise sample handling. The inclusion of a lid and skirt provides added protection and maintains sterility throughout the experiment. Each plate is provided in a sterile condition.

Application

Corning® CellBIND® 384 well microplate has been used for the bottom and top reading instruments and to measure adipocyte differentiation and cell proliferation.

Features and Benefits

  • Exhibit minimal background fluorescence
  • Reduced light scattering thereby minimizing crosstalk between wells. 20% higher signal to background ratio
  • Clear and flat well bottom, allowing direct microscopic viewing of cells and samples without compromising clarity.
  • Compatible with Top and Bottom Reading Instruments
  • The microplates are treated with Corning® CellBIND® surface treatment, promoting optimal cell attachment for reliable cell-based assays.
  • Gamma Radiation Sterilization and Nonpyrogenic
  • Wells are assigned a unique alphanumeric code, enabling easy well identification

Metabolic health depends on the capacity of adipose tissue progenitor cells to undergo de novo adipogenesis. The cellular hierarchy and mechanisms governing adipocyte progenitor differentiation are incompletely understood. Through single-cell RNA sequence analyses, we show that the lineage hierarchy of
