Application

15-ketocholestane has been used as small molecule lipid to generate RAb2E9 recombinant monoclonal (RAb) using phage-library based screening).[3]

Biochem/physiol Actions

15-ketocholestane is a potential biomarker in multiple sclerosis and Autoimmune Encephalomyelitis (EAE).[3]
