Questions

  1. Hello. I would be interested in buying mica substrates coated with gold for growing 2D materials by CVD. I understand that the thickness of the gold film is about 200 nm. What is the roughness of the surface? Does it exhibit large flat terraces? Thank you

    1 answer
    1. The surface roughness value for the gold-coated mica product is 2-4 nm. Flat terrace characteristics have not been evaluated.
