We reconstituted the 50 µg vial in 1200 µL of water for injection to obtain a concentration of ≥ 20 IU/mL. We used 200 µL, leaving 1000 µL. Should the remaining solution be stored at 2–8 °C, or would aliquoting and freezing at –20 °C be more appropriate?
