This product is a complex that has an estimated molecular weight of 422.5 g/mole. The solubility at 400 mM has not been tested. This product is offered in a prepared solution under product 94742 at a concentration of 200 mM. Based on the estimated molecular weight, a 0.4 M (400 mM) solution would have a concentration of 169 mg/mL. Solutions may be prepared in nuclease-free PBS containing 15% glycerol or 5% DMSO as a cryoprotectant. Solutions may then be stored in working aliquots at −20˚C. Avoid the use of EDTA in all buffer solutions as this will cause degradation of the complex.
