General description
Etanercept is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) antagonist that acts by binding with TNF cytokine or protein, thereby blocking its interaction with cell surface receptors. This dimeric fusion protein consists of 934 amino acids with a molecular mass of ~150KDa.
