General description

Application

Transition metal mix 1 can be used as a calibration standard for the analysis of zinc metal homeostasis in adult flies using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES).

Analysis Note

100 mg/L: V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ag and Cd in 2% nitric acid.
