MAB80138 anti hMPV antibody was used in Immunofluorescence in the following study. A549 or WI-38 cells were fixed in PBS containing 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes on ice, followed by permeabilization with 0.1% saponin for 30 minutes and blocking with PBS containing 10% fetal bovine serum and 2.5% bovine serum albumin for 60 minutes at room temperature. The primary antibody against hMPV nucleoprotein (N protein) was incubated overnight at 4°C, followed by secondary antibody GAM 647 for 30 minutes at room temperature. Nuclear staining was achieved with DAPI staining for 10 minutes. The study can be accessed at https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC5772477/.
