Gene Information

General description

UNC93B1 protein (UNC93B1) is a human homolog of the C. elegans Unc93 gene. UNC93B1 specifically interacts with TLR3, 7 and 9; the histidine-to-arginine point mutation used to identify Unc93b abolishes this interaction. UNC93B1 may play an important role in innate immunity.
~65 kDa observed. Uncharacterized bands may appear in some lysates.

Immunogen

KLH-conjugated linear peptide corresponding to human UNC93B1.

Application

Detect UNC93B1 protein using this rabbit polyclonal antibody, Anti-UNC93B1 Antibody validated for use in western blotting, IHC (Paraffin) & Immunofluorescence.
Immunohistochemistry Analysis: 2.5 µg/mL from a representative lot detected UNC93B1 in human heart tissue.

Immunofluorescence Analysis: 20 μg/mL from a representative lot detected UNC93B1 in human heart tissue.
