Description

General description

Mouse monoclonal antibody purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation and DEAE column chromatography. Recognizes the ~240 kDa α-subunit of intracellular and plasma membrane-associated fodrin.

Recognizes the ~240 kDa intracellular and plasma membrane associated β subunit of fodrin.

This Anti-Fodrin Mouse mAb (Fod009) is validated for use in ELISA, Flow cytometry, Immunoblotting, Immunoprecipitation for the detection of Fodrin.
