Brominated analog of the widely used cation ionophore A23187 (Cat. No. 100105). Non-fluorescent and therefore suitable for use in the presence of fluorescent or metal-chelating probes.

Application

Nonfluorescent Ca²⁺ ionophore that can be used to calibrate the quantitation of cytoplasmic free Ca²⁺ with fluorescent probes.
