General description

Pregabalin, marketed as the anticonvulsant drug Lyrica®, is used in the treatment of epilepsy and generalized anxiety disorder. Along with other anticonvulsants such as gabapentin and levetiracetam, pregabalin is also used to treat neuropathic pain. This internal standard is suitable for use in the quantitation of patient levels using LCMS applications.

Application

Pregabalin-D6 solution can be used as an internal standard in liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, enhancing the accuracy of quantifying pregabalin levels in biological samples.
