Shogun Superior PLA for heat resistance and toughness
  • Shogun can withstand high temperatures up to 90 °C without losing its shape.
  • Up to 20% more impact resistant than conventional PLA.
  • A truly biodegradable polymer according to EN13432 rule.
  • Printability is comparable to the standard PLA with no warping and no heated bed required.

  • IZOD impact strength notched 23 °C: 50L/m
  • Tensile elongation at yield: 38 Mpa
  • Tensile elongation at break: >10%
  • Heat deflection temperature: 90 °C

Application

This product can be used in material extrusion 3D printing technique.

  • Extruder (nozzle) temperature: 190 +/-10 °C
  • Bed temperature: cold to 90 °C
  • Print speed: 60-70 mm/s
  • Fan: 0-20 %
  • Minimum nozzle diameter: 0.3 mm
  • Plate materials: blue tape
