Biochem/physiol Actions
Reacts with mouse IgG gamma chain, as well as the light chains from all mouse immunoglobulin classes. Monospecific by IEP against whole mouse serum.
Physical form
Affinity purified immunoglobulin, F(ab′)2 fragment. Liquid in 0.02 M Phosphate Buffer, 0.25 M NaCl, 0.1% sodium azide.
Preparation Note
Store at +2-8°C for up to six months.
Analysis Note
Pepsin digest shows a single band on IEP at an antigen concentration of 10 mg/mL when run against anti-mouse IgG (H&L) and anti-F(ab′)2. No reaction was observed against anti-rabbit IgG (Fc).
