Application

Recommended Starting Dilutions: For ICC/IF: Use at a concentration of 0.5 - 2 μg/mL. For IP: 1:100-1:500. For WB: Use at a concentration of 0.3 - 2 μg/mL. For ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.

Biochem/physiol Actions

P84/N5-5E10 recognizes an 84 kDa nuclear matrix protein. Initially isolated by its interaction with the amino terminal region of the retinoblastoma protein, it has been used extensively as a nuclear-specific marker in both immunofluorescence and cell fractionation studies.
