Application
HumaTein™ essential bioink is based on whole ECM derived from primary human neonatal dermal fibroblast (NDFB) culture, and it’s suitable for 3D bioprinting applications. Whole ECM consists of more than 300 components includes collagen family, laminin, fibronectin, glycosaminoglycans and reserves more than 500 cytokines in balanced composition that regulate cell phenotype and function for tissue homeostasis in development. HumaTein Essential provides a rich ECM environment to promote cellular proliferation. HumaTein Essential contains human extracellular matrix components including collagens, laminin, fibronectin, tenascin, elastin, and a number of proteoglycans and glycosaminoglycans.
The cell culture derived human whole ECM effectively recapitulates tissue micro-environment during development and in organotypic cell culture. It promotes cell growth and migration and has been shown to support the proliferation of many cell types, including human embryonic stem cells, neural stem cells, endothelial cells, MSC, pericytes, fibroblasts, hepatocytes, skeletal muscle cell, smooth muscle cell, and keratinocytes. This cell culture derived human whole ECM is not denatured nor chloroform sterilized. It provides for a more tissue-like environment, due to the 3D folding structure preserved ECM proteins, which provides scaffolding structure for cell attachment, growth and migration.

The promise of regenerative medicine and tissue engineering is founded on the ability to regenerate diseased or damaged tissues and organs into functional tissues and organs or the creation of new tissues and organs altogether. In theory, damaged and diseased

Mesenchymal stem cell derived extracellular matrix (MSC-ECM) is a natural biomaterial with robust bioactivity and good biocompatibility, and has been studied as a scaffold for tissue engineering. In this investigation, we tested the applicability of using decellularized human bone marrow
