General description

Contains 24 ppm 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one and 8 ppm 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one.

Application

The solution can be used to improve the stability and function of antigens and other very unstable proteins bound to a solid phase. It can be used as supplied for very unstable proteins, or diluted 1:1 with currently used blocking agent for less labile antigens and proteins. Coating Stabilizer and Blocking Buffer has been used as a blocking agent in transamidation assay to evaluate gliadin and other modelled ligands.
