Cimetidine is an H2 receptor antagonist drug. It can inhibit the photosensitive response on the skin typically induced by most of the fluoroquinolones.

Aplicación

Cimetidine may be used as a pharmaceutical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in pharmaceutical formulations by chromatography techniques.
