Application

Pour la chromatographie d′exclusion
Sephacryl® is used in gel filtration chromatography,[1] protein chromatography, and resins and separation media. Sephacryl® has been used to develop a novel high-throughput screening assay for sickle cell disease drug discovery. Sephacryl® has also been used to purify and characterize enzymes such as bovine pancreatic elastase, tissue-nonspecific alkaline phosphatases[2] and a lysozyme from human urine.
