Application

SIGMAFAST BCIP®/NBT se ha utilizado como sustrato
  • para la IgG anti-ratón conjugada con fosfatasa alcalina en inmunotransferencia
  • para fosfatasa alcalina en la tinción histoquímica de osteoblastos primarios
  • para la tinción de la fosfatasa alcalina en células del estroma de médula ósea

Preparation Note

Cada comprimido disuelto en 10 ml de agua desionizada produce una disolución tamponada lista para utilizar que contiene BCIP/NBT, pH 9,5.

Questions

  1. Is it ok to store this tablet (sigmafast BCIP/NBT) after being dissolved in water? (in case I couldn't use all 10 mL) If it's ok, which temperature (and other conditions) should I store it?

    1. For best results, it is recommended to use the solution within 1 hour. Long term storage of the solution has not been evaluated. A prepared BCIP/NBT solution is available under product number B6404. This product is prepared in Tris buffer and may be stored at room temperature. See the links below for the product datasheets for each item.
