Descripción

General description

The active enantiomer of (±)-Blebbistatin (Cat. No. 203390) that accounts for the inhibitory activity towards ATPase (IC₅₀ = ~2 µM) and myosin II-dependent cellular processes. Also reported to potently inhibit the actomyosin ATPase activities of expressed smooth muscle myosin IIA (SMA) and smooth muscle myosin IIB (SMB) smooth muscle myosin II heavy-chain isoforms (IC₅₀ ~3 µM).
