Preparation Note

Stable for 6 months at -70°C from date of shipment. Upon first use, rapidly thaw the vial under cold water and immediately place on ice. Aliquot unused material into pre-chilled microcentrifuge tubes and immediately snap-freeze the vials in liquid nitrog

Analysis Note

Routinely evaluated by phosphorylation of 150μM KKLRRTLSVA.
