Descrizione generale

Screens for CD-1 is a stainless-steel celldissociation sieve designed for the preparation of single-cell suspensions fromtissues and fragment polyacrylamide gels.

Applicazioni

Screens for CD-1 have been used for:
  • filtering tracheids, wood fibers, and ray parenchyma cells from hydrogen peroxide-acetic acid (HPAC)-pretreated oak[1]
  • in the isolation of enterocytes from Oncorhynchus mykiss intestine[2]
  • to filter dissociated chicken testicular cells to obtain single-cell suspension[3]
