Application
L′aggiunta di amminoacidi ai terreni di coltura stimola la crescita e prolunga la vitalità delle cellule coltivate. Il supplemento concentrato di soluzione di amminoacidi MEM (50x) apporta nutrienti e riduce il carico biosintetico sulla cellula in vitro. È stato utilizzato nelle colture in vitro, nelle co-culture e nei terreni di incubazione.

Product M5550, MEM Amino Acids (50X) has a specification as a clear solution. This product can have a slight precipitate that forms at 2-8°C. This precipitate will disappear when warmed to room temperature or when diluted to 1X. There is no affect on the product quality.
