Applicazioni

Azioni biochim/fisiol

The 26S proteasome contains 20S as a core component. The 20S core is made of α and β subunits. PSMB6 (proteasome subunit β 6) encodes for one of the β subunits and is responsible for the post-glutamyl peptide hydrolyzing activities.
