LiChrospher^® RP-18 endcapped è un carrier in gel di silice sferica affidabile e versatile, prodotto secondo metodi tradizionali, con proprietà di fase inversa C-18 endcapped. È adatto alla separazione di composti neutri, acidi e basici deboli. Questo assorbente è confezionato all′interno di una cartuccia per HPLC LiChroCART 250-4. Il collegamento al sistema per HPLC viene eseguito mediante il supporto per cartuccia manu-CART NT (1.51486).

Application

LiChrospher^® 100 RP-18 endcapped are reliable and versatile HPLC columns based on traditionally produced spherical silica carriers with reversed-phase properties and endcapping. They are well suited for the chromatography of acidic, neutral and weakly basic compounds, substances found frequently in all analytical fields. Typical applications are the separation of Aflatoxins, Aldehydes, Alkaloids, Antibiotics, Aromatic amines, Catecholamines, Esters, Lipids, Fatty acids, Flavonoids, Ketones, Nitrosamines, Nucleosides, Nucleotides, PCB, Peptides, Pesticides, Phenols, Phospholipids, Phthalates, Preservatives, Steroids, Sulfonamides, Sweeteners and Vitamins.
