Applicazioni

Immunoblot Analysis: A 0.50 μg/mL dilution of this lot detected phospho-PKCη (Thr655) in RIPA lysate of PMA treated Jurkat cells.

Stable for 2 years at -80°C from date of shipment. Upon first thaw, and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.
